In honor of Women's History Month, I have gathered together some digital resources within and outside of the library.
The "official" theme for Women's History Month 2021 was women's suffrage carrying over from 2020 (the hundredth anniversary of the 19th amendment.). In honor of that theme, the resources on this page will especially feature the history of women's suffrage, particularly in the United States.
While this guide focuses mainly on the women's suffrage movement of the early twentieth century, I have included some materials about the Civil Rights Movement, without which many women would not have been able to exercise their right to vote.

I cannot in good conscience make a guide that focuses this heavily on voting rights without acknowledging voter suppression in the United States today. Here are a few books on voter suppression.
