More and more images are openly available for reuse, reproduction, and remixing. An increasing number of search tools, digital galleries, and open libraries can also help you find images that are legally available to use.
In addition to museum collections, crowd-sourced image collections are often made available for use and re-use through Creative Commons licenses.
